Validity and Redemption:
The gift certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance and is freely transferable. Room reservations can be made directly at the hotel, subject to availability (please present the gift certificate at the front desk upon arrival).
The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for anything else.
Please note that due to the separation of hotel and restaurant operations effective March 2026, breakfast and restaurant vouchers that have already been issued can only be redeemed at the restaurant through December 31, 2026. Starting January 1, 2027, these vouchers—within their regular validity period—can be used exclusively for hotel services.
